We met Ian when looking for a rental in downtown Huntington Beach. He is intelligent, eager, and very knowledgeable about the area as a native himself. After securing a rental through him, we also listed my fiance's house for sale with him because of our positive experience. It was a probate sale and very, very difficult and prolonged with the court. Ian was on top of things, dealt very professionally with the attorney, never missed a court date, kept the buyers hanging in there the whole time, and when the court finally allowed us to close the deal, he had everything ready to go for us and the buyers and gave us copies of all documents for court immediately.
